Power the device from a computer's USB port or from a stable external supply: 5 V, 1 A recommended. It does not matter which of the two USB ports is used.
Do not connect both USB ports to the same computer. The second port is meant for a second computer acting as a backup system.
Connect accessories on the USB host port (Stream Deck, LTC dongle) only through a powered USB hub — the board does not supply power to accessories itself.
Protect the device from moisture — operate only in a dry environment.
Prevent liquids or foreign objects from entering the device. If liquid gets in, disconnect power immediately and dry it thoroughly with suitable means. When in doubt, contact us.
Protect the device from damage through mishandling and from being dropped.
Keep the device away from high temperatures and direct sunlight (operating temperature 0–50 °C).
Use the device for its intended purpose only.
Do not open the device.
Clean only with a brush or a dry cloth. Do not use liquids.
Make sure connected cables are not under tension.
If something breaks, just contact us. We keep spare parts in stock. Do not attempt repairs yourself — this voids the warranty.
