Only operate the device via a computer’s USB port or a stable external power supply (max. 5V/1A). It does not matter which USB port is used.
Only connect each USB port to a single computer—do not connect both ports to the same computer. The second port is intended for an additional computer as a backup system.
Protect the device from moisture and operate it only in a dry environment.
Do not allow liquids or objects to enter the device. If liquid does enter, disconnect the device from power immediately and dry it thoroughly using appropriate methods. If in doubt, contact us.
Protect the device from damage caused by improper handling or drops.
Keep the device away from high temperatures and direct sunlight (operating temperature: 0 to max. 50°C).
Use the device only for its intended purpose.
Do not open the device.
Clean the device only with a brush or a dry cloth. Do not use liquids.
Ensure that connected cables are not under tension.
Only use trusted networks, change default passwords, and keep access credentials confidential.
If something breaks, simply contact us. We have spare parts available. Do not attempt repairs yourself, as this will void the warranty.
