Warranty

FrenschConnection provides a warranty for verifiable material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid from the date of sale and lasts two years for end consumers. For commercial customers, the warranty period is limited to one year.

The warranty does not cover defects in wear parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. Wear parts include, in particular, encoders, buttons, and connectors.

The warranty also excludes any damage resulting from incorrect or improper use, excessive strain, mechanical or chemical influences, improper connections with other devices, or use that does not comply with the intended purpose of the product.

Furthermore, any warranty claim becomes void in the event of unauthorized modifications or third-party interference.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer bears the cost and risk of transportation. As this user manual (especially the safety instructions)instructions) is also relevant to the warranty, it is essential to read it carefully and follow all instructions provided.
